How to Use Stickers on GoodNotes App
This post will teach us how to use digital stickers on GoodNotes. What are Digital Stickers?
Digital stickers are the same as the ones we use in our bullet journals but in digital format. So you can reuse it countless times.
Digital Stickers come in PNG format. PNG is an image format that has a transparent background. With PNGs, you can insert stickers into your digital planners and notebooks seamlessly.
How to Find Digital Stickers?
There are lots of digital stickers made by digital creators; they sell on Etsy and other platforms. Mostly, Digital Planners are also coming with digital sticker packs.

What are GoodNotes Pre-Cropped Sticker Books?
Digital sticker packs come as Sticker Books or PNG files.
Sticker Books are the files you can easily import to GoodNotes App. Sticker Books contain pre-cropped digital stickers added by the creator, so you don’t have to import the individual stickers from your gallery. You can copy and paste the stickers from the sticker book into your digital notebook/planner.

GoodNotes Elements - The Best Way to Use Stickers on GoodNotes
In 2021 with GoodNotes 5, the Elements feature got available. For most of us, it is the best way to keep and organize stickers on GoodNotes. The GoodNotes Elements help you reuse not only stickers but simply anything created with GoodNotes tools.

How to Use Stickers on GoodNotes App
1. Individual Png Stickers
With Drag & Drop
Open up your stickers in the split screen view.
Drag and drop your stickers into your document.
With the Image Tool
Select the Image Tool from the toolbar.
Tap anywhere on the page.
Select an image you want to add from “Photos” or “Insert from…” and choose from your Files.
2. Pre-Cropped Stickers from a Sticker Book
Select ‘Lasso Tool’ from the toolbar.
Double tap and be sure ‘Images’ is switched on.
Draw a circle on the sticker or stickers you want to use.
Tap on your selection and select copy.
Tap and hold on where you want to add the sticker and select paste.
3. GoodNotes Elements
The GoodNotes Elements help you reuse anything created with GoodNotes tools. You can organize your elements with folders in the GoodNotes app to categorize and find your elements quickly.
Select ‘Elements’ from the toolbar.
Select ‘Plus Icon’, import stickers from your files, and name the New Collection.
Select create.
Select elements and tap where you want to add stickers.
Select the sticker you want to add.
