HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES AND IMPORT INTO SAMSUNG NOTES

Hello! In this blog post, I’ll guide you through the process of downloading your files from Google Drive and import them into Samsung Notes. I hope you find it helpful. I’ve added images for each step, so please navigate with arrows to see all the steps. Good luck and happy planning!

DOWNLOADING FILES FROM GOOGLE DRIVE

Once you access the link for your files, provided in the PDF you downloaded from Etsy, you’ll discover folders for each file.

Navigate to the specific folder and download your preferred file by tapping the three dots and selecting “Download,” such as “Monday Start Planner” or “Sunday Start Planner.

Next, go to the Downloads folder on your tablet, and select the file you wish to open. When the pop-up appears, select “Convert to Note” in Samsung Notes. This is how you can import your planner and sticker book.

Due to the large size of Sticker Books, the download process may take some time, and interruptions can occur. Please be patient until the file appears in your download folder; avoid downloading multiple times. If the file doesn’t appear in your download folder, you can try selecting ‘Open with’ in Google Drive and then choose Samsung Notes by clicking the three dots on the Sticker Book file. This will import the Sticker Book into Samsung Notes directly instead of downloading it to your files, so this will make the process quicker.

Once you purchase an item, all files will be available for you to download anytime.

For the planner covers, I recommend importing them separately in the same way to avoid any loss in quality.

DOWNLOAD THE COVERS

In the link for the planner covers, you’ll find an extensive collection available for everyday planners in my shop. Due to the variety of covers, a separate link is provided. I don’t recommend downloading them all as the files are big and will consume significant space on your tablet. The covers will remain accessible in the same link for you to download whenever needed.

Visit the link and explore folders for each planner cover set. Tap on the icon in the top right corner to see the thumbnail of the covers. Decide on the cover you want to download.

1. Go to the Downloads file, tap on the downloaded cover, and select ‘Convert to Note’ in Samsung Notes.

2. Once it opens in Samsung Notes, select “Page Sorter,” copy the notebook cover.

3. Open your planner in Samsung Notes, select ‘Page Sorter’ again, and paste the planner cover by tapping the ‘three dots’ and selecting ‘paste.’

4. Move the new planner cover before the first page.

IMPORT THE INSERTS

To customize your planner’s layouts, you can add the inserts included in your files.

Additionally, you can take a screenshot of a blank part of your planner and overlay it on the areas you want to hide.

After adding the insert to your planner from your gallery and resizing it, select it with the lasso tool and choose “lock” from the menu that appears. This will ensure that your insert remains unaffected by any further edits.
